The hotel is located in a busy area. It is a good family hotel. Room tariff is reasonable. Polite front desk and good room service. The problem is with the limited choice in complimentary breakfast. The starting time of breakfast is 8.15. If we plan to go for temple visits the breakfast time won't suit. But there are two good restaurants, walkable distance from the hotel. 1.Udupi cafe 2. Hotel Janata deluxe. They provide mineral water bottle. Anyhow it is a decent place for family stay.

Hi !! Just stayed in this very conveniently located hotel , just a couple of kilometers from the railway station and located just adjacent to a nice mall. Very courteous staff and pretty comfortable large sized clean rooms . They do serve a simple breakfast, with plenty of other dining options nearby. Go for it if your in Mangalore for a couple of days going and book in advance.

Its a nice hotel for short stay. Room was up to kthe expectation Food was nice here specially i enjoyed a complimentary breakfast.staff are friendly and they served well. Only some maintenance issue works are left in bathroom. Should take care .

We left the mobile phone in the hotel and they called us and returned the phone, though the phone was a very ordinary phone the staff took the pain in calling us and handing it over to us. Rooms are old not very well maintained, quiet old Excellent location in the middle of a busy area with restaurants and shops near by. I liked the location but did not like the condition of the rooms. Room No 405 or 406 door was eaten by Termite

We stayed three nights. The hotel is conveniently located being only a short ride from the railway station and the state bank bus station. We walked to a number of popular eating places down the road around PVS, and also in the other direction near the State Bank bus station and fish market. There are also good options close by. Our room (non AC) was clean and spacious, had good wifi and satellite TV, and ready hot water. The hotel levels were well presented with a decorative sculpture located on the third floor highlighting the internal void. The breakfast deal was good, with freshly prepared South Indian food, presented in a clean and pleasant setting on the rooftop terrace, with attentive and genuine service provided by the staff. A nice start to the day. Check-in and reception staff were welcoming and willing to assist. We would stay again.
